Vision

We are a program center in an under-resourced community in West Nashville, with a goal to improve the safety and quality of life in the surrounding neighborhoods. Supplemental resources that meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs power our cause. In addition, we offer family-strengthening tools and social activities for all ages. This mission drives our goal to see our neighbors find their passions and thrive at their full potential.

Mission

Dream Streets is a ministry center that exists to protect and empower our community members living in distress. 

Statement of Philosophy 

Dream Streets wishes to maintain a work environment that fosters personal and professional growth for all employees. Maintaining such an environment is the responsibility of every staff person. Because of their role, managers and supervisors have the additional responsibility to lead in a manner that fosters respect for each person.
