We are a program center in an under-resourced community in West Nashville, with a goal to improve the safety and quality of life in the surrounding neighborhoods. Supplemental resources that meet physical, emotional, and spiritual needs power our cause. In addition, we offer family-strengthening tools and social activities for all ages. This mission drives our goal to see our neighbors find their passions and thrive at their full potential.

Mission

Dream Streets is a ministry center that exists to protect and empower our community members living in distress.

FOOD PROGRAM MANAGER

Reports to: Program Director

Ideal candidate for this position: 

If you are a quick thinker, and a people-oriented person with great organizational skills who is willing to work hard to lead and inspire volunteers, this is the role for you. Dream Streets is in search of a Food Program Coordinator who will manage all aspects of our Mobile Food Distribution program from recruiting and equipping volunteers to stewarding relationships with grocery stores to driving the food truck and participating in food rescue and distribution. This person will walk volunteers through the process of becoming part of our family from the point of volunteer inquiry through the process of becoming a seasoned volunteer and contributor to our organization.. This role will also manage many of the backend systems that keep both our volunteer and background check process running smoothly, as well as the data reporting for our Mobile Food Distribution. This role is both back end facing with some computer time and food picks up as well as front facing with volunteer and community interaction. Candidates must be flexible and have a can-do attitude.

DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Reports to: Executive Director

Ideal candidate for this position:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Development Director with over 10 years of experience in nonprofit development, including proven success in grant writing and administrative management. This individual will be responsible for leading fundraising initiatives, managing donor relations, and overseeing the development team’s administrative operations to support our mission and long-term sustainability.
